ARC International is calling for applications for the Programs Director position.
The Programs Director will direct the programmes, working strategically and operationally. In brief, they will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive program management process at strategic and operational levels. They will be responsible for the delivery and quality of all programme results, for sound financial management, human resources and accountable to uphold ARC International values and principles.
The Programs Director is the principal account manager for the donors and other key stakeholders and represents the organisation on all levels with regard to the results in policy, advocacy, expertise & learning, both internally and externally. They will report to the Executive Board of Directors.
