The second cycle of the UPR is coming to an end. Before we turn to the third cycle, ARC International, the International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI), and ILGA are taking the opportunity to explore the impact that this mechanism has had on States and civil society to raise and make 
progress on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression and sex characteristics issues at the national level.
To do this, we need your help. If you work on SOGIESC issues in your country and have done engagement with the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), please share your experiences, knowledge and opinions with us!
