Right to privacy, marriage and family life
38. Joint submission 7 [ILGA, ILGA-Europe, Pan Africa ILGA, IGLHRC, and ARC International] reported that sexual activity against “morals” and “family life” was criminalised and recommended that the State bring its legislation into conformity with its international human rights obligations.
