37. SRI [Sexual Rights Initiative] a rapporté qu’il n’existait pas de lois criminalisant l’homosexualité mais que toute ‘déviation sexuelle’ n’était pas admise par la société et encore moins par les moeurs. SRI a recommandé l’adoption d’une législation claire garantissant les droits à la protection de la vie privée et la non-discrimination envers les minorités sexuelles.
Freedom of expression, association and peaceful assembly, and right to participate in public and political life
40. […] SRI a fait état du refus d’un récépissé de déclaration d’existence par le Ministère de l’Intérieur à l’Association ivoirienne des Lesbiennes Gays, Bisexuels et Transsexuels.
