UK should apologize for colonial laws criminalizing same sex desire
It is integral that the UK apologize for the colonial laws criminalizing same sex desire and the logic of āpardonā for British homosexuals should be extended to the logic of āapologyā to same sex desiring people in the ex-British colonies whose lives have been blighted by these laws.
This is part of the statement by ARC International, delivered during the 36th session of the Human Rights Council.
