13th session of the Universal Periodic Review
Please click here for a report (PDF) on the 13th session of the Universal Periodic Review. The session took place from 21 May to 4 June 2012 at the UN in Geneva. States reviewed included Bahrain, Ecuador, Tunisia, Morocco, Indonesia, Finland, United Kingdom, India, Brazil, Philippines, Algeria, Poland, the Netherlands, and South Africa.
This was the first session of the 2nd UPR cycle. States under review were expected to report on the implementation of recommendations from the 1st cycle, as well as other developments on human rights in the country.
